Do I need any prior experience or knowledge before starting?

No. The program starts from the beginning and builds progressively. The only requirement is a willingness to engage with the material honestly and at your own pace.

Do I have to complete Phase 1 before Phase 2 begins?

Yes, and that's by design. Phase 2 builds directly on the foundation Phase 1 creates. With the bundle, Phase 2 begins automatically once Phase 1 is complete so there's nothing extra you need to do. The transition happens seamlessly.

How is the content delivered?

Both phases are delivered through weekly modules that unlock automatically on a set schedule. Each week includes video lessons, audio versions, downloadable transcripts, guided practices, and printable worksheets. You can revisit any lesson at any time.

How much time does this take each week?

Most participants spend a few hours per week on lessons plus a few minutes of daily practice. The emphasis is on consistency rather than intensity. The weekly pacing is intentional so the learning has time to integrate before the next module arrives.

Is there community support included?

Yes. You'll have access to a private Facebook group and a members-only community on the course platform called Survivors to Thrivers where you can connect with other participants and receive ongoing support throughout both phases.

Is this a therapy program?

No. The Serenity Bundle is educational and skills-based. It teaches practical tools you can apply in daily life. It does not replace therapy, diagnose conditions, or provide clinical treatment.

What if I'm easily overwhelmed?

The weekly drip format is specifically designed for this. You receive one module at a time so you're never looking at twelve weeks of content at once. You can pause, repeat any lesson, or move more slowly through the material without falling behind.
