In Phase 1, you learned how to deactivate the patterns that once protected you.
In Phase 2, you build the life that protection once prevented.
This is not about revisiting the past. It is about consciously designing your future.
Swap fear and scarcity beliefs with courage and abundance.
Replace feelings of guilt with integrity.
We take a deep dive to the root of the problem through awareness, mindfulness principles and skills-based training.
By the end of Phase 2, participants typically experience:

By the time you enter Phase 2, your nervous system is more stable.
Triggers no longer control your reactions the way they once did.
You are no longer operating in survival mode.
That stability becomes the platform for growth.
Instead of reacting, you begin choosing.
2. You Develop the 8 Core Competencies
Phase 2 is structured around eight essential competencies that directly shape the quality of your life:
Trust

Character

Planning
Each competency is taught in a practical, step by step format.
You learn what healthy looks like, how to recognize old patterns, and how to replace them with conscious behavior that aligns with the person you want to become.
These are not abstract concepts.
They are applied skills you practice in real time.
3. You Replace Automatic Patterns With Conscious Decisions
Many adult survivors operate from deeply embedded beliefs formed in childhood. Those beliefs often feel like facts.
In Phase 2, you examine those beliefs through a structured lens.
You learn how fear shapes character.
You understand how lack of boundaries creates resentment.
You see how distrust affects relationships.
Then you begin rebuilding from the inside out.
The process is direct, practical, and forward focused.
4. You Redefine Your Identity
Protection patterns may have helped you survive, but they also shaped how you see yourself.
In ReCreate Me™, you deliberately define:
Who you are
What you stand for
What you will and will not tolerate
The kind of relationships you choose
The future you are willing to build
Instead of asking, “Why am I like this?”
You begin asking, “Who am I becoming?”

No. This program is educational and skills-based. It is designed to teach practical tools you can apply in daily life. It does not replace therapy, diagnose conditions, or provide clinical treatment.
Yes. Phase 1 provides the foundation for everything that follows. Just as you need to walk before you can run, Phase 2 builds on the skills, awareness, and regulation developed in Phase 1.
Phase 2 is completely self-paced, just like Phase 1. You can move through the material at a speed that feels right for you, revisit lessons as needed, and take breaks without falling behind.
Most participants spend a few hours per week engaging with the lessons, plus short daily practices that take only a few minutes. The emphasis is consistency, not time intensity.
Yes. Participants have access to a private Facebook group as well as a members-only community on our course platform called Survivors to Thrivers, where you can connect with others and receive ongoing support.
Phase 1 helps you recognize triggers and interrupt automatic reactions. Phase 2 builds on that foundation by developing the core life skills that support trust, boundaries, communication, and confident decision-making in everyday life.
